In a world where Hollywood seems to be running out of fresh ideas, the latest adaptation of Amadeus (2025) fails to impress, even with its ambitious miniseries format. The Salieri Show
Enter Paul Bettany as Salieri, a true standout in this production. His captivating performance drives the show, stealing every scene he's in. Bettany's Salieri is a complex character, and his nuanced portrayal adds a much-needed layer of intrigue to the narrative. It's a pity that Bettany's talent is somewhat overshadowed by the title of the series, which focuses more on Amadeus than the intriguing Salieri.
Costumes: A Mixed Bag
